These VRML 2.0 models have been designed to be displayed with
Cosmo Player2.1. Their appearance may differ when using a different VRML 2.0 viewer. All models contain some predefined viewpoints. Disable "Nice transparency" in CosmoPlayers "Performance" preferences. Reduce your browsers window size if the update rate is too low. |

High detail, works best on 3D accelerated computers.

Low detail, works also on slower computers.

Adaptive texture-mapping is used to reduce the number of dashes in slow moving regions of the
visualization. This reduces aliasing while still directly representing flow velocity as animation speed.
The upper dashtube uses adaptive texture-mapping, the lower dashtube uses the usual mapping.
