Multiple Image Views

Using Alice, you can look at several views of your study simultaneously. These different views give you greater flexibility for analyzing your study. Alice includes five different view types to show both the overall structure and small details of your studies.

Multi-Image ExampleSingle Image Example

Single Image and Multi-Image View

Single Image and Multi-Image view go hand-in-hand to give you a flexible work environment.Single Image view is the environment for drawing overlays such as Regions of Interest (ROIs) and annotations, or making spatial measurements. Multi-Image view conveys the big picture by displaying all slices in a reduced form.

Multi-Planar Example

Multi-Planar View
Multi-Planar view is an excellent tool for interactively browsing image volumes. The cross hairs on each of the three orthogonal images clearly show the positions of the associated slices. You can use the mouse to drag the cross hairs to display another set of slices.

Graph View Example

Graph View

Many analyses produce Graph views as results. You can view any row or column of an image as a graph. Since a graph is essentially a one-dimensional image, you can manipulate a graph in many of the same ways that you do images.
